While the 3 senior service communities are private pay, the remaining 20 programs are solely supported by the geneorsity of individual donors, businesses, and foundations.

Each of Hilltop's 20 publically funded programs exist to serve the underserved or not served individuals in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties. By providing services ranging from prenatal care and domestic violence emergency shelter, to residential care for traumatically brain injured adults, Hilltop serves over 20,000 individuals each year.
